The comfy barrel is designed to better fit the shape of the horses mouth, and at only 10mm thick it leaves plenty of room in the mouth
The barrel centre gives some movement but is stiller than a conventional lozenge so it doesn’t irritate or put pressure on the palate
The pelham itself allows pressure to be exerted on the poll, the curb groove and the mouth to encourage a head lowering effect.
Can be used with 1 or 2 reins
